A clear step-by-step process

Initial consultation — we analyze your case in detail. Personalized legal strategy for your situation. Full management of documentation and procedures. Active follow-up until the case is resolved. Ongoing support after the procedure.

Paths toward permanent residency

  • With provisional permits you can advance to permanent residency.
  • 6-year permit (Crisol) — upon completing the 6 years of the provisional permit, the applicant can opt for permanent residency.
  • 2-year permit — upon completion, you can request a 6-year extension. After completing the 6 years, you apply for permanent residency.
  • 8 accumulated years — with 8+ years of provisional permits accumulated in any combination, you can apply for permanent residency.

The process

  1. Migratory profile evaluation to determine the most suitable and viable regularization path.
  2. Gathering and preparation of documentation proving length of stay and current situation.
  3. Filing before the National Immigration Service with mandatory legal representation.
  4. Follow-up until issuance of the provisional card and subsequent definitive approval.
  5. Post-approval guidance to keep the status active and plan the next migratory step.
